At Pride of Arkansas Cheerleading, we are proud to offer a top tier tumble & cheer program! While focusing on proper technique & progressions, our coaches also form meaningful relationships with our athletes! We strive to instill life long values in each athlete we work with while showing them what we love to do! From infants to teenagers, we welcome all to join our classes! Tiny Tot Tumble: Wednesday 9:00-9:50 AM/ Wednesday 5:00-5:50 PM/ Thursday 10:00-10:50 AM In our Tiny Tots class, our youngest friends take their first steps toward independence! Through age-appropriate gymnastics activities, they’ll learn to follow directions, take turns, and build confidence while developing strength, coordination, and balance. With a fun, encouraging environment, your little one will grow in both skills and self-esteem — all while having a roaring good time! Fundamentals 5-7 yrs Monday 5:00-6:00 PM/ Saturday 9:00-10:00 AM This class is designed to build strong tumbling basics in a fun, structured environment! Athletes will focus on coordination, body control, and foundational skills like rolls, handstands, bridges, and beginner cartwheels. With age-appropriate drills and confident coaching, your child will develop strength, flexibility, and technique—setting them up for future tumbling success! Fundamentals 8+ Tuesday 4:30-5:30 PM/ Wednesday 4:30-5:30 PM This class builds the essential skills every young tumbler needs for future success. Students will learn rolls, cartwheels, handstands, bridges, backbends, and kickovers through safe, structured progressions. Along the way, they’ll develop strength, flexibility, balance, and coordination—all while gaining confidence and having fun in a positive, encouraging environment. Back Walkover Class Tuesday 5:30-6:30 PM/ Saturday 10:00-11:00 AM Designed for athletes ready to take their skills to the next level, this class focuses on back walkovers, front walkovers, round-offs, and limbers. Students will build the strength, flexibility, and control needed for these skills through safe, step-by-step progressions. Back Handspring Class Sunday 2:30-3:30 PM Perfect for athletes ready to flip their skills to the next level! This class focuses on the proper shaping, technique, and power needed to execute a strong, safe back handspring. Through targeted drills, strength training, and step-by-step progressions, athletes will gain the confidence and control to master their back handspring—all in a positive, fun, and supportive e Tucks & Advanced Class Wednesday 7:30-8:30 PM For experienced athletes ready to push their skills to the highest level, this class works everything from standing and running tucks to layouts, fulls, and double fulls. Athletes will focus on perfecting technique, power, and body control while progressing safely through advanced skills in a structured, supportive environment. |

We’ve got you! ✨ Our Cheer Prep Class is the perfect introduction for new athletes ready to learn the basics and build confidence. Join this 6-week session where athletes will learn cheer fundamentals and put together a routine to perform at our Summit Showcase on April 20th for only a one time fee of $80! Each athlete will receive a shirt + bow for the showcase 💜 |
