Classes begin the Tuesday following Labor Day, September 4th.
Tiny Tot Tumble
For those 3-4 year olds that are always wiggling and giggling, this class is for you! This class works on basic coordination and motor skills, and helps get all that energy out! They will also begin basic tumbling skills such as cartwheels and bridgeups.
When: Thursday 4:00-4:45
Mini Cheer and Tumble Level 1
This class requires no previous skills. We will focus on learning and perfecting cartwheels, round offs, back bends, front and back walk overs and more while also incorporating fun, basic cheer skills such as jumps, motions, and stunting!
When: Tuesday 4:30-5:15 and Thursday 4:45-5:30
Level 2 Tumble
Requires participants to have a strong roundoff, cartwheel, and back bend. In these classes we will perfect our front and back walkovers and work on standing a running back hand springs, multiple backhand springs, connecting jumps to back hand springs, and other level 2 skills. We will also work on toe touches and other jumps, as well as motions and other cheer skills.
When: Tuesday 5:15-6:00 and Wednesday 5:15-6:15
Level 2 Advanced
Students must have a front and back walk over to enroll in this class and be ready to work on back hand springs, or are already working on back-hand-springs are trying to get running multiples.
When: Wednesday 6:15-7:00
Level 3-4 Advanced Tumble
Class requires participants to have a round off three back hand springs minimum. In these classes we will work on running and standing tucks, layouts, ariels, and more!
When: Tuesday 6:00-7:00 and Wednesday 4:15-5:15
Stunt and Jump
For cheerleaders wanting to work on stunting...this is for you! All levels welcome, we teach proper and safe technique and level progression and also focus on perfecting and conditioning jumps.
Back Hand Spring Clinic
For students with one goal... to master your running and standing back handspring, this is for you! Whether it is to get you ready for an upcoming tryout, or just a personal goal you have set, we are here to help get you there!
