This is our newest summer clinic!  Introduction to flexibility inversion holds, variation walkovers, side/front aerials, handspring step-outs, & so much more! Coach Kiersten will be hosting, demonstrating and spotting skills. This clinic will provide further flexibility and at home drills! *Must have strong handstand, cartwheel, and bridge to register!*
